Access to outdoor space plays an important role in supporting health, wellbeing and quality of life, particularly for children and families.
In South Kesteven, only 13.26% of children under 16 are estimated to live within 300 metres of accessible green space. The proposals for Market Deeping include new green infrastructure and a trim trail, helping to create more opportunities for outdoor play, exercise and recreation close to home.
